Building the Impossible
When Motional launched the world's first robotaxi pilot in Singapore in 2016, many still considered self-driving cars to be impossible. Our team saw the potential and was ready to take on the technical challenges that lay ahead. We've come a long way since those days as nuTonomy (founded out of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and Ottomatika (founded out of Carnegie Mellon University), but our start-up mindset remains the same. We continue to be excited by the impossible.
