Our Partners
On our path to safer roads, we work closely with our commercial, industry, and community partners to bring autonomous vehicle technology to communities across the globe.
Commercial Partners
Motional is the AV technology provider of choice for the ride-hail industry. We partner with major ride-hail companies to deploy our AVs on their networks for on-demand rides and delivery. By doing so, we’re able to offer consumers a safe and convenient way to enjoy driverless technology, with the comfort and familiarity of a traditional ride-hail experience.
Industry Partners
We’re proud to be a contributing member to the industry organizations that are committed to the safe development and deployment of AVs. Along with our industry partners, we regularly work with government officials in our markets to educate them about our technology, safety, and the opportunity for AVs to benefit our local communities.
AVSC
The Automated Vehicle Safety Consortium (AVSC) is an organization dedicated to advancing safer testing, development, and deployment of automated vehicles.
PAVE
Partners for Automated Vehicle Education (PAVE) is a coalition of industry, nonprofits, public sector entities, and academics with one goal: educate the public about automated vehicles.
AVIA
The Autonomous Vehicle Industry Association (AVIA) brings together driverless leaders, lawmakers, regulators, and the public to realize the safety and societal benefits of autonomous vehicles.
Community Partners
At Motional, our passion for safe transportation goes beyond our technology. That’s why we launched Motional for Safe Streets, an initiative to help improve urban road safety through awareness, legislation, and community action.
Through Safe Streets, we’ve partnered with CicLAvia and Streets Are For Everyone (SAFE), two organizations leading the push for more pedestrian and cyclist friendly streets in the greater Los Angeles area, home to one of Motional’s operations hubs. We're also members of the Zero Coalition of Las Vegas, whose mission is to reduce road fatalities resulting from impaired driving by providing discounted Lyft Pass rides to the public during holiday weekends and special events.
