- AI Summits that bring together Motional engineers from our global offices for a week in Las Vegas. The Summits feature guest speakers, team challenges, and ideation with Motional leaders about our technical direction.
- Motional's Innovation Challenge where anyone from any team has the opportunity to present an idea that could be part of Motional's future strategy. Finalists present to Motional executives and the top winners work with Motional leaders to implement their ideas.
- Engineer Innovation Awards that recognize several categories of top patents
- Onboarding Weeks bring new engineers together in Pittsburgh for a week of immersion with cross-functional teams
- Our Engineers in Las Vegas program allows engineers to see the impact of their latest contributions by spending a week in Las Vegas taking rides in Motional's IONIQ 5 robotaxis.
