She specializes in crafting and executing people strategies that drive cultural transformation, optimize organizational effectiveness, and enhance employee engagement. She brings with her a proven track record scaling through organic and inorganic growth at Vistaprint, building scalable programs grounded in data driven decision making in fast pace environments at Amazon and Amazon Robotics, and fostering an innovative, creative and highly engaging culture at MOO.
Jaclyn earned her Bachelors in Clinical Psychology from Tufts University and a Masters in Organizational Psychology from William James College.
